This annual City of Water Day Festival is a day of entertainment, education and adventure celebrating our waterfront. Enjoy free boat tours, children’s activities, fishing, the Waterfront Activity Fair, and more! For more information, visit City Water Day at www.cityofwaterday.org. More than 12,000 people are expected to visit Governors Island and Liberty State Park on July 16th.
This is an excellent opportunity for us to do outreach. United for Action has a table on Governors Island. We would need as many of you to come and volunteer to help that day as possible. Please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org.
